Name: Krista A. Leemhuis

Status: Student at the University of Cincinnati (the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning), majoring in Digital Design. Graduating in 2005! (It's a 5-year program). There, I'm taught interactive and motion design, graphic design, design design, design, and oh yeah, design. Illustration has really very little to do with my major. *tear* So that's my hobby. But maybe it means I won't end up a starving artist?

Likes: Fantasy (LOTR movies...they're intoxicating, beautiful, and downright phenominal. I don't limit my fantasy appreciation to that though. :) Renaissance Festivals are awesome too.) Sci-fi (though I don't draw much in this genre, I'm a big Original Star Wars fan. Trek isn't bad either, but I didn't grow up with it, so I'm not too attached.) Other likes: Spider-Man (movie was good, don't care much for Tobey or Rami, love the ASM comics--especially those written by Straczynski), Gargoyles (series), Dune (books & series), Plants (you know, plants), Dressing up as an elf, Nature (I <3 Trees!), Sleep, Wild Cherry Pepsi.

Dislikes: Not too much. Smoking, drugs,
stubbing my toe on my desk, hitting my funny
bone, not saving my painting before the power
goes out.
